The USMGM Comprehensive Operational Review and Evaluation (CORE) Program is an opportunity for select individuals to participate in testing new USMGM products before their official release.

Wondering if the CORE program
is right for you?
USMGM is looking for a wide variety of data points that you may be able to provide! The only requirement for candidates is to be able to communicate effectively and timely with the USMGM product development team regarding your experience with the tested product. You do not need to be an influencer, special operator, or gunsmith to be accepted – if you can put time and effort into testing our products then you can apply. Our product development team will select individuals based off what data we are looking to obtain.

What kinds of products will be available in the CORE Program?
If I apply, will I get into the Program?
How will I know I am accepted into the CORE Program?
I haven’t received a response since I applied, what’s going on?
You will only be notified if you are accepted into a specific trial, not if you are denied entry or awaiting trial participation. We screen every application received, and while you may not be accepted into a trial right away, you may see the Acceptance Letter for a future product. Please do not send multiple applications.
I received my first Acceptance Letter; will I get to test all future products too?
Depending on what the product development team is looking for, you may or may not be selected to participate in later product trials. As long as you prove to be reliable with providing trial data, your information will remain with the CORE Program and as available for future participation.
I received my CORE trial product, now what?
Congratulations! Use the item as it would fit in your normal training or professional routine. Record your notes in the provided survey sheet and send it to core@usmilgrade.com within the timeframe specified in the Acceptance Letter.

How should I focus my survey sheet answers?

I already submitted my CORE survey sheet but how do I add more to it?
If you have significant updates to provide, then you can either submit a new survey sheet found HERE or type the new updates in an email with your member number to core@usmilgrade.com. A good rule of thumb is to not submit new updates on your prototype once the official version has been released.
Do I get to keep my CORE trial product?
Once an item is in your possession it is yours to keep. You may be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, or other legally binding agreement, but that will vary depending on the specific trial.
I just want early access to new USMGM products before the official release.
We understand, but you will be permanently terminated from the program if you are abusing the opportunity and not providing the appropriate data.
What information do you collect and retain for CORE members?
USMGM is only interested in knowing personal information that aids in understanding your trial experience. All information provided for CORE never gets shared with any entity outside of USMGM and may be permanently deleted upon removal from the program. USMGM will keep record of the trial data provided by you and the unique member number assigned to you
How do I unsubscribe from the CORE Program?
Send an email to core@usmilgrade.com containing your CORE member number or your applicant email with first and last name stating you wish to be removed and we will remove your information from our database.
